not answer questions regarding hardware problems or software problems with
individual Internet software packages. Because of the huge number of packages
available, the Support Representatives of each company are best suited to
answer questions regarding the software. If a SkyPoint Representative asks
you to call a software company directly, it is because that company's Representatives
can answer a question more quickly and accurately, and can work directly with
